I used American Taxi and the fare was shown clearly before I booked, which I really appreciated. No weird surprise charge at the end, which is always a relief. The driver was fine and the ride itself was smooth enough. I’m taking off one star because the wait time was kind of ridiculous, but otherwise it was a decent experience.

I’ve used American Taxi a handful of times now, and they’ve been able to get me to most places I need to go, even out in the suburbs (which is a big plus). The wait time can vary a little depending on where you’re getting picked up, but overall it’s been convenient.

I accidentally left my bag behind and thought it was going to be a whole ordeal, but the driver brought it back that same night. My phone was in there too, so I was seriously relieved... really thankful for how quickly it was handled

The corporate account makes things easy to manage, especially tracking billing and adding employees when needed. There were a couple of times when receipts took a little longer than I expected, but support took care of it without much hassle. I had to change my taxi reservation, and it did work in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, right? It just wasn’t as smooth as I expected. The site eventually let me make the change, but it took me a little while to figure it out, and I kept wondering if I was missing something obvious. I feel like the change options could be clearer. Overall, it wasn’t bad, just average.

The taxi showed up about 12 minutes late, which I know isn’t the end of the world, but it was still annoying since I was trying to get going. To be fair, the driver was nice and the ride itself was perfectly fine. I just wish the pickup time had been more accurate

I used American Taxi last week and the car was clean inside. Seats looked good, no weird smell or anything, and the floor wasn’t all messy. The driver was alright too. Timing wasn’t exactly perfect, but as far as cleanliness goes I was happy enough. I’d probably use them again...
